Episode 15 of Lynchland was released yesterday, my God it is funny. The above is an excerpt from one of the segments. I won’t ruin the end.
Also, I love talking crows. The follow-up segment has two crows rapping and it’s brilliant. I suggest you download it. Get the latest podcast here.
Here are the crows:
I love that I get to launch this blog on April Fools’ Day. April 1st holds a lot of dumb memories for me. It was only about a week ago when I decided to give blogging a second chance, and I’ve waited for today to start. It was about a week ago when I found out my friend Tim Tyler has a blog. Tim’s directing a short film that I’m producing.
Two years ago I started my attempts to finance this project, and now it’s almost complete. It’s an animated short with a story, style, and tone that I am very happy with. It is smart and cool and I hope it performs well at festivals. I think we’ll be putting up a small clip online soon.
I’m trying to decide whether or not I should also start a myspace page. I kind of don’t get the point of myspace. I never go there. I think it’s mostly just for bands who are trying to build a fan base. I’m interested in its potential for networking, but doubtful that it will be worthwhile.
